*The $125 monthly fee will be added to your Inspired Insider account and banked for use on services at the office with no expiration. This does not include participation in the Inspired Aesthetics’ weight loss program. This program requires a minimum of a 6-month commitment after which it may be cancelled 10 days before next auto draft. If the membership is cancelled after agreed upon time frame, the client will be responsible for that month’s fee. Said enrollment fee is to be charged when agreement is signed, and the monthly fee is to be auto charged on the 5th of every month. To receive membership pricing on Dermal Filler, Neurotoxin Injection, Chemical Peel Packages and Microneedling, you must be enrolled in the membership program for 3 months. Membership pricing cannot be combined with any Inspired Aesthetics specials or sales. Membership pricing may be applied and/or combined with any vendor discounts or gift cards (ex. Aspire Rewards). Membership will restart on the 12th month after the original month date. (Enrollment fee will not apply).
